ซาร่า: คุณให้อาหารแมวรึยัง?
B: I’ll do that in a minute.
จอร์จ: ฉันพึ่งทำไปเมื่อกี้เอง
A: The cat is meowing. He’s hungry.
ซาร่า: แมว มันยังร้องอยู่เลย เขาหิวอยู่นะ
B: Okay. I’ll feed him right now.
จอร์จ: โอเค เดี๋ยวฉันให้อาหารมันอีกครั้ง
A: You shouldn’t make him wait.
ซาร่า: คุณต้องไม่ทำให้เขารอนะ
B: I was doing my homework.
จอร์จ: แต่ฉันกำลังทำการบ้านอยู่
A: The cat doesn’t care about your homework.
ซาร่า: แมวมันไม่สนใจการบ้านของคุณหรอก
B: The cat doesn’t care about anything.
จอร์จ: แมวมันไม่สนใจอะไรทั้งนั้นแหละ
A: That’s the way cats are.
ซาร่า: แมวมันก็เป็นแบบนั้นแหละ
B: All they think about is themselves.

A: Maybe we should get rid of him.

B: Of course not! He’s family.

A: I didn’t say that.
ซาร่า: ฉันไม่ได้พูดแบบนั้นนะ
B: What did you say?
จอร์จ: แล้วคุณพูดว่าอะไร?
A: I said I have to go to the bathroom.
ซาร่า: ฉันพูดว่า ฉันอยากจะไปห้องน้ำ
B: That’s what I thought you said.
